Mancuso's Country Lane Pet Hotel & Training Center now offers a club membership for your dog that locks in discounted rates for all of our services all year round!  That's right, you could save hundreds of dollars over our regular rates on boarding, grooming, limousine service and more!  Designed primarily for our most frequent guests, the Busy Boarders Club will also interest the occasional "hound" who also enjoys the additional perks and privileges only available to a card-carrying Busy Boarder.

For over 28 years, Mancuso's Country Lane Pet Hotel & Training Center has offered exclusive dog boarding for the greater Pittsburgh area.  Originating in our home in 1979, our style of dog boarding was soon recognized as the first "pet hotel" in Western PA.  With ACTUAL home-style accommodations, we were the first to offer an interactive and 100% social atmosphere for ALL of our guests, the first to limit our clientele to only neutered and spayed pets, and the first to offer business hours EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR, including holidays!  And now, we're offering another first, the Busy Boarders Club.

 

Enrolling your dog(s) in the Busy Boarders Club entitles you to discounted rates for ALL of our services AND to receive other additional perks & privileges, the most important of which is GUARANTEED VACANCY all year round! One annual membership fee prior to Jan 1 enrolls your dog for the entire calendar year.

 

For our most frequenting guests, joining Busy Boarders Club is a great way to save hundreds of dollars by year's end.  But even if your dog stays with us only a few nights each year, a Busy Boarders Club membership returns its value by ensuring space even at our busiest of times!

*Annual Fee: Fee applies only once per customer, not per dog.  Membership duration is for one calendar year only, beginning on Jan 1 and expiring on Dec 31.  Annual fee therefore is due and payable before Jan 1.  Memberships initiated and paid mid-year will reflect member rates for remainder of calendar year to which payment is applied.  Any services rendered in same calendar year prior to payment of membership fee will be charged the non-member schedule of rates.

ØGUARANTEED VACANCY

Only Busy Boarders Club member dog(s) are guaranteed space year round for any reservation as long as it is made at least 2 weeks prior to check in.  Non-member reservations, during peak times, will be placed on a hold list until 14 days prior to their check in.  Only then, after members have exercised their privledge to book available space, will non-members from the hold list be accepted up to our capacity, in the order that they originally called.

 

ØVACCINATION TRACKING

We will automatically check with your vet on your dog's shot records, eliminating the need for you to bring proof of renewals.  We will inform you if you need to update any shots prior to boarding.  Non-members must present proof of shot updates prior to check in.

 

ØCARE REPORTS

Member dog(s) will receive a care report for every visit, giving you feedback on your pet's stay, which other guests your dog has met, and what activities your pet enjoyed most.

 

ØPHOTOGRAPHS

Member dog(s) will have vacation pictures taken on occasional visits throughout the year, circumstance permitting, and have their picture posted on the Busy Boarders Club  Members Photo Album page, here on our website..  Pictures are in digital format and can be emailed upon request.

 

ØSPECIAL DISCOUNTS

Member dog(s) will receive from time to time promotional discounts, giveaways, and coupons that are not available to non-members.
