Why should I train my dog?
Nowadays, training is the MOST important step you will take in raising your dog. More and more, our pet friendly culture demands that dog owners be informed and responsible about their dog’s behavior, especially in light of so much media attention to bad dog behavior. For this reason alone, you should consider training to be an integral part of raising your dog, no matter the breed.
But also, you should consider basic training simply to help your dog become a more pleasant companion to live with. A well-trained dog enjoys more freedom and more time to spend with family, resulting in a happier and healthier pet.
In it’s most beneficial form, training could one day save you or your dog’s life. How, you may ask?
