6:30 AM
Dogs awake for their first outdoor break of the day. Guests spend approximately 15-20 minutes in the outdoor fenced area for some social time and bathroom needs. Indoors, rooms are checked for any that need immediate attention to cleaning and fresh water is given to all.

 

7:30 AM
Breakfast is served for guests that brought one. All meals are pre-packaged from home to insure proper diet. Water bowls are checked and filled. Any AM medications are administered immediately before meals are served.

 

8:00 AM
Puppies and older dogs that cycle quickly with their bathroom needs are taken out immediately after eating breakfast.

 

9:00 AM
The main cleaning of the day takes place. All rooms are vacuumed, hand-wiped, and sanitized. Bedding, chews, and toys are reorganized. Guests are given outside time once again while their rooms are freshened up. Water bowls are sanitized and filled with fresh water.

 

1:00 PM
Now the real fun begins! Hotel guests enjoy an afternoon of supervised playgroups of similar personalities, sizes, and activity levels. Less active or non-playful dogs enjoy leash walks for exercise. Everyone's outdoor time averages about 30 minutes, depending on the weather.

 

4:00 PM
Dinner is served. Again, the same procedure is followed as is for breakfast with puppies eating first. Water bowls are checked and filled.

 

4:30 PM
Puppies and older dogs that cycle quickly with their bathroom needs are taken out immediately after eating.

 

5:00 PM
After business hours, guests take advantage of the quiet time to relax indoors. With no dogs checking in or out, guests can turn their attention to their latest chewy, or just curl up for a snooze.

 

7:30 PM
Last outs begin. Guests are given 15-20 minutes outside to take care of bathroom needs and to socialize one last time before bed. Water bowls are checked and filled. Dogs that require evening medications are taken care of when they come in.

 

8:30 PM
All dogs, unless on a restricted diet, receive a few of their treats from home to munch before bed.
